1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Sue Davis Hair & Beauty.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

• Entrants must be located within a reasonable travelling distance of the salon, as the prize requires monthly visits.

• For the purposes of this competition, “local” is defined as residents of Northamptonshire and Leicestershire, or those able to reasonably travel to the salon each month.

• Employees of Sue Davis Hair & Beauty and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Dates

• The competition opens on the date stated on the official competition posts and website.

• Entries close at 11:59pm on 10 January.

• Entries received after this time will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the competition in one of the following ways:

Instagram

• Follow Sue Davis Hair & Beauty on Instagram.

• Like the official competition post (pinned to the top of the page).

• Comment on the post stating where you’re visiting us from and tagging one local friend.

Facebook

• Follow Sue Davis Hair & Beauty on Facebook.

• Like the official competition post.

• Comment on the post stating where you’re visiting us from and tagging one local friend.

Email

• Email info@sue-davis.co.uk with:

  • Your full name

  • Where you’re visiting us from

  • The name of one local friend

Only comments made on the official competition posts on Instagram or Facebook, or valid email entries, will be included.
Entries submitted via direct message will not be accepted.

5. Use of Automation

• Reminder posts on Instagram may invite users to comment a keyword in order to receive a direct message containing a link to the official competition post.

• These keyword comments do not count as entries and are used solely to guide participants to the correct entry post.

6. The Prize

• One winner will receive one shampoo and blow-dry per month for 12 consecutive months at Sue Davis Hair & Beauty.

• The winner will also receive a full-size Pureology shampoo and conditioner.

• The prize:

  • Is non-transferable

  • Has no cash alternative

  • Must be booked in advance and is subject to availability

  • Must be redeemed within the 12-month period

• Missed or cancelled appointments may be forfeited at the discretion of the salon.

7. Winner Selection & Announcement

• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received via Instagram, Facebook, and email.

• The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message, Facebook message, or email.

• The winner’s name may be announced on Sue Davis Hair & Beauty’s website and social media channels.

8. Winner Publicity

• By entering this competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name, image and/or video for promotional purposes across Sue Davis Hair & Beauty’s website and social media channels.

• This may include photographs or videos taken during prize appointments.

• No additional compensation will be provided.

9. Data Protection & Email Communication

• Personal data collected as part of this competition will be used solely for the administration of the competition, including contacting entrants and the winner.

• Entrants will not be added to a marketing mailing list without explicit consent.

• Email entrants may optionally consent to receive future marketing communications by clearly stating their consent within their entry email.

• Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
