Terms and Conditions for Sue Davis Hair and Beauty Social media Giveaway
1. Introduction:
By entering this giveaway, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook. All questions, comments, or concerns regarding this giveaway should be directed to Sue Davis Hair and Beauty (the "Organiser").

2. Giveaway Prize:
The prize for this giveaway is one (1) wash and blow dry every month for 12 months (the "Prize"), provided by Sue Davis Hair and Beauty.

3. Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
The giveaway is only open to residents of Leicester
Employees, affiliates, or contractors of Sue Davis Hair and Beauty and their immediate family members are excluded from entering.
Participants must have a valid Instagram or Facebook account to enter.
4. How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
Follow Sue Davis Hair and Beauty's Instagram/Facebook account @suedavisalons.
Like the giveaway post on [Instagram/Facebook].
Tag at three friends in the comments of the giveaway post (tags must be real accounts).
Participants can enter as many times as they like, but each entry must follow the rules above.

5. Giveaway Period:
The giveaway begins on Thursday, 9th Jan 2025 at 12:00 PM (midday) and ends on Monday 13th Jan 2025 at 12:00 (midday).
Entries submitted after the giveaway end time will not be considered.
6. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries.
The winner will be announced on Tuesday 14th January via Instagram/Facebook.
The winner will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram or Facebook within 1 day of the announcement.
7. Claiming the Prize:
The winner must respond to the direct message and claim the prize within 30 days of receiving the DM.
If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days, a new winner will be selected, and the original winner will forfeit the prize.
8. Prize Details
The Prize includes one (1) wash and blow dry each month ending in December/January 2025, prize to be redeemed at Sue Davis Hair and Beauty in Leicester.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
The Prize must be redeemed within 1 month of the winner's announcement.
The Prize use will be monitored by the team.
9. General Terms:
No purchase is necessary to enter.

Sue Davis Hair and Beauty reserves the right to disqualify any entries that violate the rules or are deemed fraudulent, inappropriate, or offensive.
Sue Davis Hair and Beauty reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to allow Sue Davis Hair and Beauty to use their name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, in the event they win.

Sue Davis Hair and Beauty is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or failures related to Instagram/Facebook, including but not limited to network issues, server downtime, or lost connections.
Sue Davis Hair and Beauty is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize.
By entering, you confirm that you comply with Instagram’s and Facebook’s Terms of Service.
